The following Physical Education (PE) activity will be presented as a nice aperitif or even better, as a proper warming up.

The purpose of this blog post is to share a general way of facing one of the several PE contents. Having said that, here we go!:

Introduction:

Pushing students to analyse in a constructive way a current issue in our society, was the main reason to choose such a controversial topic.

The gender equality and the racism in the sport were considered a good opportunity to discuss such a singular problem.

Some important aspects of the CLIL methodology

CLIL concept

Do Coyle, Philip Hood and David Marsh make a complete definition of this methodology: 

"Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) is a dual-focused educational approach in which an additional language is used for the learning and teaching of both content and language. That is, in the teaching and learning process, there is a focus not only on content, and not only on language. Each is interwoven, even if the emphasis is greater on one or the other at a given time."

Después de casi 3 años sin parar por aquí, este año no me va a quedar más remedio que dar un poco de actividad al blog,los que me conocéis sabéis q prefiero más la Actividad Física que la virtual pero a tos hay que hacerse. 
El caso es que me he embarcado en el siguiente curso de formación online, "Uso de Recursos Educativos Abiertos para el aprendizaje integrados de contenidos y lenguas extranjeras (AICLE)". Lo hago con ilusión y con muchas ganas de aprender. 
Las expectativas son altas ya que pesar de no ser nuevo en la metodología bilingüe y de haber realizado algún  que otro curso, lo que presupongo se va abordar en él `is quite challenging´ (exigente), permíteseme dicha expresión.
